Sleepy Time
Once upon a time my friend named Ashkok was having a birthday party, and I was invited. It was three o’clock on a Saturday and I had one hour to find a gift for my friend. Nothing I saw in the store was something Ashkok would want. After all the searching I just decided to get him a gift card to Burger King. The time had been going by slowly and it was only three-thirty and I was so excited.
When I got to Ashkok’s house he told me that they were having a clown perform. For a while we ran around and played games until the clown arrived. It was close to five and the clown was almost here. For those fifteen minutes we ate some pizza and had birthday cake. Everyone was having a good time singing and opening gifts, then the doorbell rang. All of the kids including me screamed and cheered as the clown walked in. He didn’t look like a very friendly clown with his bold black eyes, puffy red hair, pale white face, round red nose, and that big smile His acts were not very good the only thing he did was juggle colored balls and lose his breathe from blowing up balloon animals.
The performance was over and everyone clapped, the clown took his money and left. It was nearly dark and my mom was coming to pick me up. Ashkok asked me if I wanted to stay the night with two of his other friends. I said yes and called my mom to tell her I was staying the night. Time flew by quick after we had our dinner, which was all the left-over food from the party and now it was close to ten o’clock. Ashkok’s mom told us we had to go to bed so we went down stairs and set up our sleeping bags. None of us were tired so we put in a movie to help us fall asleep. The movie we picked was IT, I don’t like scary movies but I knew that I would fall asleep quickly anyways.
I woke up and no one was next to me and the movie was still on. It was the part where IT was killing the two boys so I closed my eyes and ran up stairs. Ashkok and the two other friends were on the ground with fruit punch spilled everywhere. Not sure what they were doing but I just assumed they fell asleep. Being so tired and confused I went into the fridge and got something to eat, I grabbed a knife to cut the apple into pieces but I dropped the knife into the pool of fruit punch on the ground. To get it off I licked the knife it tasted like blood, I scratched the idea of eating the apple so I just laid myself on the ground next to Ashkok. The last thing I saw before I closed my eyes was the clown in the window laughing with his big smile.

Ball of Death
Once upon a time there was an old scary grandma that lived next to me. She wasn’t seen outside of her house often and the house never seemed lively.
One day I was outside playing some football with my friends. We were tossing the ball back and forth in my front yard and then my good friend Diego missed the catch and the football rolled into the grandma’s yard. None of us wanted to go get the ball because we were all too scared she would eat us if she saw we were on her lawn. The door to her house opened slightly and my friends and I quickly hid behind her bush on the side of the house. After we heard the door close we tip-toed to the front yard and the football was gone. We were disappointed that we couldn’t find our football so everyone went home. While I was in my bed I was thinking about who could have taken the ball and the only person that I could think of would be that old scary grandma that lives next to me.
The next day arrived shortly and my friend Diego and I decided to take a visit at the old grandma’s house. We were both scared to death and argued about who was going to ring the doorbell. Well Diego lost the argument so he had to ring the doorbell. He rang the doorbell a couple of times but no one answered, so we opened the door and peeked inside.
In the house there was nothing but dust. It seemed like the old scary grandma hadn’t touched anything for fifty years. The house was small and only had a few rooms. Diego and I split up and searched in different rooms. I found nothing to help us find our football in the room so I went across the hall to check if Diego found anything helpful. When I entered the room Diego was gone, nowhere to be found. I start to worry where Diego went but I have to remain calm if I want to get out of here alive. Walking down the hall I heard a noise coming from the pantry. Quietly I walked over to the pantry and open the door to find Diego eating some food. I was relieved that I found my friend and we saw a door that led downstairs. We decided to go down the stairs and see if we could find anything.
When we got downstairs I flicked on the lights and saw our football on one of the dusty tables. Diego quickly ran over to the table but a trap net dropped down on him and he was stuck. Too scared to grab the ball I ran up the stairs but the door was locked from the outside. Diego and I were trapped. We found our football but doom was near. We heard the clacking of high heels and the smell of old people perfume. The old scary grandma was coming to kill us.
